Gilbert and the team at Simi Valley Auto Glass are great! Fast, affordable, and professional. I asked for an estimate Tuesday evening, and Gilbert responded within five minutes. He clarified the vehicle specifics, let me know he had what I needed, and offered a quote / appointment first thing the next morning. After considering several quotes, I scheduled with Gilbert the next morning because he was first to respond and his quote was several hundred less than a less-local competitor. His team arrived within a couple of hours, vacuumed all the shattered glass, and replaced my rear window within 45 minutes. They accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo. Have cash on hand to tip your service tech.

Gilbert responded quickly and booked an appointment for a tech to come to my house--both sooner and at a lower cost than most of the other companies could quote to do the work in their shops. The tech, Gervin, was ready for us an hour early and was done a half an hour before he was originally scheduled to arrive! That freed up a big chunk of my time. The new window is installed, most of the broken glass is cleaned up, and I'm happy. Simi Valley Auto Glass is quick, affordable, efficient and customer-focused.

I received professional, courteous service. Their price was excellent. Technician came out next day. Not on time, BUT WAS EARLY. He replaced my windshield and was done in about an hour. I would highly recommend them for any auto glass replacement.

Normally I don't leave reviews but I had such a good experience with Simi Valley Auto Glass. They were able to source the OEM piece of glass and installed it the same day. They even drove out to my work and did it while I was working! I was very nervous because my F150 windshield has all the sensors in it, but I was quoted a price lower than Safelite was quoting me for the "like kind and quality" glass so figured I'd give them a try. After the install I was looking for any little scratch, ding, or installation error and I couldn't find anything. It's like my windshield was never broken. I will definitely be coming back for any automotive glass replacement I need in the future. If you're on the fence, just give them a call.

Great service! They were able to locate a window for my Rav 4 that no other glass company was able to find, there was a 7 week waiting period. Service was provided within the timeframe, and was quick, efficient and a great price!

We had our windshield crack and we used them back in March 2023 and we were very happy with their service! He got out here quickly and did an excellent job. Safelite had a 2 week timeline to come to our house. Unfortunately, we got another broken window (passenger back door) by a flying rock so I called them again. Texted on a Sunday and he came Monday and replaced this window also! Great job and I truly am happy with their service. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I have him on speed dial!
