We had no water from 9-5 yesterday than no hot water all night emergency mantinance would not do anything till next day. Wrong seniors should be treated with some respect.

My 80 year old father applied and was called on a Wednesday to say he was approved and given a move in date, the following monday was scheduled for Silvertree to do a home Inspection at his current residence which he loved at for 8 yrs, he is handicap with an artificial leg and was bed bound for almost a year, i cleaned his home top to bottom and they cancelld the home visit at the last minute and came the next day, only to be very rude, abrupt, sarcastic, making comments about his blinds not being up to date which is his apartment complex responsibility, and now the following monday we call and are told he has been Denied, after he has given his notice to move from current place. what a joke this place is, do not apply Here, very rude, prejudic against handicap people, very irrational. RUN THE OTHER WAY

Amazing Team! The changes you guys have made in the short time you have taken over is a jaw dropper!!!! Keep up the good work, and don't let the negative, closed minded, ungrateful people stop you guys from making the strides your making. Always remember there is always going to be someone to say something negative, block them with your positive strides and attitudes!!!

Currently housing a scammer in Apt 202. At 12:05 last night, an individual from this address had accessed my Walmart account. They had cleared out all my delivery addresses put just their own address in and set it as a "preferred delivery address". They then checked out $56.96 worth of cat food which was 2 40packs of Friskies wet cat food. The purchase was also made off my child support card I get from the State of Virginia. Luckily Walmart noticed the unusual activity and refunded my money. They also black listed the address of 715 Mason St, Apt 202, Portsmouth, VA 23704. I'm hoping this tenant will be evicted since they are a low income property and receive funds from the State.

I would like to give this facility 5 stars because I can truly say my mom is happy at her home. The office personal really care about the seniors!! And this place is CLEAN the decor is so beautiful soon as you walk in the door 😍

I found this place for my Grandmother an shes been there for about 2 years now an she loves it!! They really are doing a good job with the upgrades an improvements. Management is very helpful always. I would recommend this place to any seniors out there…

I love the staff at Silvertree Seniors they are phenomenal, polite, very welcoming and I always get greeted with a smile. Would recommend to seniors looking for a great place to call home.

This community is stellar. I would highly recommend. Lawanda, in the office, is the most professional, and personable staff member, I've ever encountered.

Excellent and friendly staff and residents. Hardworking and helpful maintenance crew as well.
