SilverCloud

We have been clients of Silver Cloud for a number of years now. We have telephone systems, IT, printers. All staff are very pleasant and no request/query ever seems to be a problem. We have always experienced excellent customer service throughout.

Great service and highly recommended. Was looked after by Allana McVey who came in past our funeral parlour to complete all the paperwork, and took care of everything required to cancel my contract with BT. It was estimated to have new phones installed within 6 weeks but this was done a lot sooner and the engineer made a tidy job of it all. If i have any problems, i just call and it is dealt with immediately .

Excellent customer service, Jack Hunter and his team go the extra mile to help. You can phone them anytime with queries and nothing is too much trouble. It was a speedy smooth transition with no problems and the system is really user friendly. Keep up the good work 👍
