These guys are incredible. They fixed my Samsung washing machine leak in under 20 minutes. I had paid another company twice as much to fix it but they couldn't even find the leak. Silver Tower found it immediately and fixed it fast. I messaged them on a Saturday morning and they were at my home within an hour. Great company. Great service. Highly professional and skilled.

This is not the first time that Irfan has come to my rescue. On this occasion my Bosch microwave had stopped working. I was told by in-house technician that the cost to repair would be more than replacing. I immediately contacted Irfan who promptly attended, took the microwave to his premises and advised that the power board needed replacing only. A day or so later, he returned with the microwave perfectly working and no need to replace at this stage; saving me quite a bit of money. I like that he’s efficient, fast and I always find he gives me a frank and honest opinion about whether ‘fixes’ will save money in the long run. He has previously fixed for me a Teka oven and a washing machine and dryer. I have referred him to other friends as well. I have been very happy with his assistance and his costs. He does not ‘upsell’ products and has always gone out if his way to help me. Thank you, Irfan and team, I’m grateful.
