I had a very disappointing experience with this laundry service. The pickup was a complete disaster — they didn’t show up at the agreed time, and we ended up waiting the entire day for nothing. The communication was even worse. When they finally responded, they promised we would get our laundry back the same day, which turned out to be completely untrue. On top of all that, the final price was outrageously high for the poor service we received. Overall, this was an extremely bad laundry experience, and I cannot recommend this place based on what we went through.
