Silver lining fixed a small hit and run damage. I received an excellent service from Lorenzo. He was very professional and honest with the process. All the personnel I spoke with were very friendly. Although, I am extremely happy with the costumer service I received. I am disappointed that the they left a some or the hard plastic loose. I am assuming when they took the bumper off they didn’t put it back correctly. Overall I am happy with the results but annoyed that the workers didn’t put attention to the small details.

You guys did an amazing and beautiful job on my daughter's 2016 Toyota Avalon! I often go by the reviews before I do anything and your reviews were definitely on point. The receptionist was very friendly and professional on the phone and when my husband took the car in for a quote for the damage to the front end he was very impressed with the shop and how upfront and honest you were with the cost and details. I wish I had known about you guys a while back when another shop had my car for 4 months and kept giving me the run around. I was out of so much money! I will indeed spread the word about this wonderful shop! Keep up the great work!

Just got my 2019 Mazda CX5 back from Silver Lining Collision located at 8904 South Freeway, here in Fort Worth. I’ve supplied the address because if you go anywhere else, you might regret it. I was on my way to the Emergency Vet as one of my dogs, Sam, was dying. It was a terrible night. I’d just entered the freeway when some idiot roared past me and cut back in front just as I saw the tire right front of me. No way to avoid. Smashed the front fender, back passenger door and back fender. Heartbroken to say that Sam died, but when I took my Mazda to Silver Lining, honestly, the name is 100% accurate, I was greeted by Lyn; friendly, caring and very professional. The advisor, Rob Gonzalez, also one of the nicest blokes I’ve ever met, inspected my car and assured me they’d handle everything with my insurance. Which he did. Hannah, the regional manager, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Over the years, I’ve had other cars worked on, but none were as friendly, professional and expert as these folks. And my CX5? Incredible! Looks brand new. The standard of workmanship is topnotch. Despite it being such a hard time emotionally, Silver Lining Collision truly helped me get through it.

They are the best! This was my first time getting in an accident and I didn’t know how the process would be, but everyone there was super nice and helped me through it! They kept me updated through the cars repairs which was very helpful! My cars before and after is incredible! You can’t even tell it was hit! Jesse did an amazing job and was super kind as well! 1000000% recommend the shop to anyone who needs their car looking brand new!!

I was hit by some lady and I chose silver linings collision to fix my car, they did great. Lorenzo answered all of my questions, they were quick, and I received updates daily from them. My car is not a brand new fancy car but it really does look great. All of my friends and family say it looks brand new! I’m happy that I went with silver linings collision!

My car was in a hit and run accident. The whole front end of the car was gone. Silver Lining fixed it and it looks brand new. It took about 2 weeks but during that time I was provided a rental. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I was greeted by Lorenzo and staff with a smile. They walked me through all things that were fixed and said to come back if I had any trouble. The staff was professional, communicated clearly, and handled everything smoothly with other party’s insurance. The repair work was excellent my truck looks as if nothing ever happened. I would just like say thank you for great work on my car! It looks like I just drove off lot from dealership. I would like say thank you to dealership I got my car from for recommending this shop I’m use them from now on for all my collision repairs. The process was very easy and they were easy to work with. Especially front desk girl I believe her name is Lyn she nice and help me schedule a pick up and drop off from my car. I had the best experience with Silver Lining Collision. Not only was the team professional, extremely helpful and kind (even staying open a few minutes late for me to get there due to traffic) but they were able to quickly fix a cracked fog light bezel and several horrible gouges for much lower than I had been quoted elsewhere. They did such an amazing job, you would never know the vehicle had been damaged. I cannot recommend them enough.

Absolutely. Wonderful they handled everything from towing my car getting all the work done Maria texting me pictures along the way then turned in my rental thanks so the mechanic and the whole team great job I would recommend this place to everyone
