I don't usually leave reviews but have to say they are very good at what they do, had 2 door replaced last year, and now had all the windows changed. Stephen came and took the measurements, provided the quote 4 days later.Great price for 5 triple glazed windows, don't think u would get this quality cheaper anywhere else. After 4 weeks his team came to install the windows, very pro and tidy. I will recomend them to anyone

I had my UPVC door fixed and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Arrived promptly, worked quickly, and handled everything with complete professionalism. The whole process was hassle-free from start to finish, and the quality of the repair is superb. My door now works perfectly. We had 6 single glazed windows replaced by double glazed units in a house which is 100 years old. Signature Windows did a great job and were efficient, polite and friendly and left the place very clean and tidy.. I strongly recommend them

Recently got new windows & door fitted. 2 weeks after fitting we noticed a minor issue with our brand new door. Contacted the owners and they have ignored calls and texts. Once they have your money they dont want to know. Customer service is absolutely zero. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Beware folks as if something goes wrong, you are on your own. Lucky I can fix the issue myself but I shouldn't have to after paying a lot of money. Avoiding responsibility shows they are not a trustworthy reliable company you want to give your money too. Update 30/09- Hi Colin, my partner phoned and texted the number you have quoted multiple times...strange that you or business partner Stephen didnt get it. Even stranger that the number who have supplied texted us yesterday after the review apologising with some nonsensical story. I will fix the issue myself now after all this fuss to get a reply (only after writing this review mind you). This is just to warn others what they could expect from signature Windows. Wish you both all the best for future endeavours.

Right from the first consultation about which to put in we were impressed by the way they handled things. We were really impressed at how neat they were as we had recently panelled our bathroom and worried the panelling might get damaged but it wasn’t. One small pane at the front door and a wee stud broke and while it took a couple of weeks waiting for the replacements they came today and replaced them. There was very little damage even to the wall paper around each window. We replaced the whole house and put in French Doors at the back. Would highly recommend Signature Windows NI.

Many thanks to signature windows for installing our new front door . Colin, Stephen and the installation team were brilliant . From design to completion we are so impressed with the door , it has transformed our house . The noise level in the hallway had reduced and this area is definitely warmer . We choose chart-well green as the main color and it’s beautiful The doors fitters also kindly put up the new external letterbox and bracket for the new wireless doorbell . This team were highly recommended by work colleagues and they did not disappoint! Well done and thanks again for a great job 👏👏👏👏👏👏

Like most reviews of Signature Windows NI they were EXCELLENT. I didn't have any experience of their work beforehand plus I didn't look for any other quotes. I only went on the reviews and the pictures that people put up. Despite this, they were SUPERB. They never hassled us for decisions, they let us take our time and even told us that we would never hear from them until we decided to appoint them to do the work. I was so pleased with their work that my daughter replaced four of her old double glassed units for four triple glassed and now you can barely hear any noise at all. They replaced my front and back door with a mahogany coloured composite door. The front door is fantastic as our old hardwood front door had warped over a period of time and every year a winter gale blew into our hall. Despite putting foam draught excluders around the door and pulling our curtains over, the house was really cold. Now we have a door that not only looks good but now is free of draughts and is triple glassed. No, I can thoroughly recommend Colin and Stephen and their very tidy fitters Andy and Neill, they were SUPERB from start to finish
