Work was great, a little on the costly side…but good. Would’ve been 5 stars but they left my battery terminal completely loose…luckily they didn’t disconnect when I was in the middle of driving…got in my car about 2 hours after getting home to run an errand, and they battery wasn’t being picked up at all, which then led to me figuring out it was because both the positive and negative connectors on the battery terminal weren’t tightened at all… Glad it wasn’t hazardous. Quality customer service.

I have found probably one of the best mechanics in the Long Beach area. The most honest and caring people in the business. I recommend them very highly.

Took my car to this shop because it wasn’t idling properly, they took it on a 20 mile “test drive” for some reason to see if it would die “on idle”. All it seemed to be was a small electrical connection but still there was no need for a test drive to be that long or even at all if it’s an at idle problem. Charged me 40 for gas when a full tank is 50-60$ got it back at less than half a tank. Like really they think customers are dumb Got my car back with a burnt ass clutch, my CDs sifted through, things in my car changed places that could have stayed put. They clearly don’t care about the idea of just working on the vehicle they are going to touch your stuff too. Love driving on a soft clutch now til I can afford a service on it. I’m a full time student with two jobs just to afford cost of living, now you throw a burnt clutch in my face, bravo blond bearded mechanic whoever u are. This shop looks like a mess I should have came when the tow dropped my car off, I would have driven it back home. So disorganized, your car won’t even make it close to a real lift there’s too many broken cars and parts in the way 😭 they fix your car on the driveway. A joke of a shop. Go a street over to Euro Car Clinic for good contrast

John came off as a very nice mechanic. I towed my BMW 2004 car there two days ago. My car was running with no noise in the engine. I was told it was an electrical problem. These people are horrible. When I returned to pick up my car it was worse than when I towed it there. Please don't bring your car to these criminals. They broke my the top of my car into pieces with a hammer or some. Kind of heavy instrument. Told me I need a new engine for *6,000 and they would finance it. Very racist crew. They should be sued for vandalism to my car. They are very very Racist. Do not take your car to them......Do not go to these hypocrites. They drained all my oil out of my car. Messed up the crankcase and pistons. Now I'm searching for a new car. Now I'm stuck with $6,000 plus repairs.

Amazing place to take your Volvo! Everyone is not only super friendly but also extremely knowledgeable. All the work is done at a very reasonable rate, the best product and price are always sought ought, and they will save you from making a big purchase mistake by always making time to look over a potential new car for all common and not so common issues with that particular model and year - they know what to look for no matter what you bring them! I recently had to say goodbye to my 2000 Volvo S80 T6 - I could have fixed it but it was time for something new as I had already thrown too much into repairs. However, when I discovered Leo's place, he set me straight with what repair was truly needed and at what cost - about 600 bucks versus over 4 grand at my disowned shop. While searching for my new car, they saved me twice from making an offer on a junk car, even the second car I brought them to be inspected they spotted major issues when I thought I had a definite winner. Leo and crew are the best, I will never be going anywhere different while I live in LA and own a Volvo.

I am soooo glad I found this gem of a service shop to service my 2012 Volvo S80. The dealers were not capable of diagnosing my needs and wanted thousands to do simple repairs. Signal Hill Foreign auto service performed the Service on time, nice knowledgeable staff, and immediate diagnose, with simple pricing. I would highly recommend this shop and will be returning for all other services

STAY AWAY! JOHN is a liar and a crook. We took our BMW there 2004 for a check up. My car was cutting off. It wasn't making any noise when I dropped it there. When we returned in two days they said we needed a new engine, and that they would finance it for $6,000. When John turned the car on we heard a loud noise in the cylinder (top of engine) and it rattled and turned off. There was no noise or "knocking" noise in my car. The problem was electrical. We believe that these monsters took a crow bar/sledgehammer or some type of heavy instrument and vandalized the cylinder heads of our vehicle. These people are criminals and should be sued.
