🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Review for Sigma Electronics Had a really good experience with Sigma Electronics! My IFB microwave with convection had an issue — the microwave function wasn’t working, though the convection mode was fine. The authorised service centre told me the magnetron needed to be replaced, quoted around ₹7,000, and said it would take about a week. I decided to take it to Sigma Electronics instead, and I’m so glad I did. They quickly checked and figured out the same issue, replaced the magnetron with a 1 year warranty, and got it all done in less than 10 minutes. The total cost was just ₹2,900 (₹2,600 for parts and ₹300 for service). Super quick, honest, and affordable service. Highly recommend Sigma Electronics to anyone who wants their appliance fixed without the usual hassle!

Good service center. They know TVs and electronics well. Repairs are done quickly. They don’t charge for checking the problem you pay only if they fix it. Parking is available there

Honestly this place is a strict no go. I went there after reading the positive reviews. But, now I know all those reviews are created by some social media management person. I had to pay heavily for the repair of my LED TV to get back my TV with new defects. When asked to fix the new defects created by the service personnel, they said fixing that errors are not possible here. They did not offer me money back and I had to scrap my TV after their poor service. Please stay away from this place.

My aged parents were using a Samsung 27 Ltr Oven which had its touchpad frequently struck with "SE ERROR". The company Repaired touch button, but wasn't working more than 6 months.I spend nearly half the amount of oven in changing touch pads After 4 replacements, I came to know of Mr Mathew at Sigma shop, Thrissur . Two days back, I came here and changed the pad into micro switch. This was done in one day. It's working fine now. Will review after few days .
