Great communication! Job done quickly and efficiently. Every one that worked on my irrigation and sprinkler system was wonderful. Found the problem and fixed it. They were very informative and so nice. The young lady in the office was the best at communicating and returning calls. She was so easy to work with and very friendly. I highly recommend this local business.

After calling 11 local business over 2 months, and having 3 business actually show up for the estimate. I was beginning to lose hope we would be able to have our sprinkler and irrigation system repaired. Then I called Sierra Nevada Repair. Neisha answered the phone quickly and professionally. She was patient and listened to me vent about what I had been experiencing with other local businesses. She then made everything all better by scheduling Tod to come give me an estimate. Tod arrived much earlier than expected and was able to provide a very reasonable estimate in a short amount of time. I agreed to the estimate and called Neisha back to schedule the work. Tod showerd up for the scheduled appointment and completed the work flawlessly and much quicker than he had originally anticipated. Had Sierra Nevada Repair install a new sprinkler system in a large field of ours recently. Quality work at a reasonable price. Job was done as scheduled and on schedule. Jason, the owner, was super to deal with. Great communication. Had a couple minor warranty issues and they took care of it as promised. Very professional company. Highly recommended!!

Jason and his team were awesome! Earlier this year in the middle of May we used another irrigation company and they charged us almost $800. Still unsure on exactly what they did. A couple months later we were having similar irrigation problems and noticed both irrigation boxes were completely flooded. Feeling like we were overcharged from the previous company we decided to contact Jason‘s company Sierra, Nevada Repair LLC. It was the best decision we have made since we purchased this home almost 4 years ago. Jason and his team were incredible. All of them very courteous, and answered all questions we had regarding what they were going to do and what they did after the job was completed. To say, I would recommend this company would be an understatement. This will be the only company we use going forward when it comes to our irrigation and lawn.

Morgan came to my home to give us an estimate to repair our sprinkler system. I assumed he would make us an appointment for a later time but I think when he saw the state of my lawn and the crunch of my grass he stayed. Look no further for irrigation repair! My husband and I have been in the General Contracting business and know well how hard it is to get a sub to come out these days. These guys want your business, will schedule you when you call, return your call, imagine that! You'll be put on schedule, they will call ahead, arrive on time, and fix the issue with a smile. I just purchased a new to me home. The yard had been let go for quite a while…. Starting a new chapter on my own wasn’t sure who to call for sprinkler repairs, or if it was even repairable. They did a great job for us. Our sprinkler valve broke and they were very responsive regarding the repair. They did a great job and I really appreciated their communication. I would use them again without hesitation.

Thank you Morgan. Morgan called me prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He showed up ready and prepared. After showing him where everything was, he turned something on and discovered what was flooding mine and my neighbors yard. Two sprinkler heads that I didn’t even know were there on the side of the house were just shooting straight up a solid stream of water. Since there is nothing on that side of the house that needs watering, he disconnected that part of the house. He went to the timer in the garage and changed some settings and set the timers. So, now I can water my landscaping without the concern or fear of flooding anymore. And to top it off, the final cost was way less than what I expected.
