The Ministry of Corporate Affair has given direction to the Registrar of Companies for extending the time for holding the Annual General Meeting till 31st December, 2020 without filing a formal application and payment of fees due to Covid 19 pandemic.
Now the Registrar of Companies of Delhi has released its notification for granting Extension. (attached)
All the Companies situated within the jurisdiction of ROC Delhi can hold its Annual General Meeting till 31st December, 2020 without filing a formal application.
