We are having a wonderful experience at Showtime Orthodontics. They are currently handling my son's braces process, and we couldn't be happier. Dr. Shao and his staff are always extremely attentive, kind, and professional with us. On a personal note, I absolutely love the collection of figures and helmets they have on display, especially the Star Wars and Halo ones! It’s a fabulous place, and I highly recommend them to any family!

Without a doubt, this is the best dentist in the area. The office is amazing—it feels like an Avengers museum! They even have an arcade area where kids can play while they wait, which makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable. The service is outstanding, the office is spotless, and it’s very easy to get an appointment without waiting weeks. Now for the best part: before coming here, I visited three different orthodontists, and all of them recommended very aggressive treatment plans for my 10-year-old son. From my very first consultation with Dr. Shao, I knew this was different. His treatment approach was exactly what I had been looking for—thoughtful, conservative, and focused on my son’s long-term well-being. He took the time to explain everything and made us feel completely comfortable. My son actually loves coming here, which completely changed the way we think about going to the dentist. I highly recommend this office, especially for orthodontic treatment. You won’t find a better team.

The whole team is friendly, upbeat, and professional. Scheduling was incredibly convenient. They offered after-school and early evening appointments that fit perfectly around my child's school schedule. They also were very flexible when we needed to go in for a quick adjustment or check up. Wait times were minimal, and the office runs efficiently. Most importantly, the results are fantastic. After almost two year, my child’s smile is straight, confident, and looks completely natural. The teeth look amazing and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Doctor Shao and everyone else in the clinic was very professional. Good experience, would recommend for any child orthodontics. The environment was calming and will be appealing to nervous children! My son really enjoyed the arcade.
