Your staff made each visit so pleasant and made this time go by so quick, easy and painless. We appreciate it all and thank you for being SO great at what you do! The balloons and gifts at the end when she got her braces off were so sweet, all her friends at school were jealous haha. We love you guys and would recommend yall to everyone!

Highly recommend! Dr. Shao and his staff were wonderful from the start. We had seen another orthodontist in the area and they wanted to pull 4 teeth to make room in my daughter’s mouth before doing braces. I didn’t like the sound of that so we visited Dr. Shao and he had other ideas. He wanted to try an arch expander before resorting to pulling teeth. It worked and her canine’s were able to drop and we could not be happier! The process along the way was smooth and pleasant. Showtime Orthodontics has great staff that makes you feel comfortable and explains things well. My daughter never had any complaints and I as the parent did not at well. Now she has a perfect smile that I hope to see more of. The photo of her teeth were from the start, to after having the arch expander to the final result.

I absolutely love how warm and caring the entire team is with my daughter! They take the time to explain every step of the process in detail and make sure she feels comfortable throughout. The doctor is so kind and gentle — my daughter loves coming here, and so do I!

We have been coming here since my son was in the 3rd grade and he’s now 15. He’s had two rounds of braces through Showtime. We have never had one bad visit or bad experience. The staff has always been amazing & informative! Everyone is friendly and greets you when you enter.
