Our shower door shattered and I went online to the original vendor who never responded. I went online and found Shower Door Store under Emergency replacement shower doors. Talk about service! Joe is the best! I sent a pic of what happened and he responded immediately and came all the way from Houston. New door was installed in 2 hours! Excellent quality and thicker glass and lifetime warranty! Highly recommended. I give them 10 stars!!!

I am extremely pleased with Joe from The Shower Door Store. From the moment I contacted him about the need for a custom shower, he made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company. He was always kind and respectful. He assured me that whatever color hardware I wanted he would find it for me. Well he did just that. The cost was truly reasonable to me. UhHe also promised me that the first price he quoted would not change. He kept his word. I've had workers to say they couldn't make it to my house due to heavy traffic. Joe simply texted me about the traffic to let me know he would be 18 minutes later than expected. He is very trustworthy. I was blessed to have Joe and The Shower Door Store to build and install my shower enclosure. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Joe provided one of a kind service. We have many post fire projects going and really needed our door to close out our new shower project. Joe provided constant updates was super friendly and more importantly a man of god. Final product was beyond my expectations in all aspects. Quality, fit, look and materials. 5/5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, truly, the greatest experience with a contractor we've had in this entire project. We converted our set-in tub to a walk-in shower, and after months of dealing with incomplete and incorrect contract work, it was finally time to install our shower door. By this point, I had ordered and returned three different shower doors as a result of being told the wrong size & type of door I should buy.... 3 times! I finally found Shower Door Store LLC through Google. Joe and his team came by to take a look the very next day & told me that the 3rd door we had purchased would not work & proceeded to give us other options. They even returned the following day to confirm the measurements of our threshold so that we could be sure to get a door with the correct specifications. The team came to install it a couple days after delivery, & we are in absolute love with our new shower. This install really completed the look of our home, and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and customer service. Shower Door Store LLC has a forever customer out of us!
