Shoreworx recently partnered with one local Internet Service Provider here in Cleveland. We have provided several teams (consisting of two technicians each) to provide internet access to homes in the greater Cleveland area. Along with our client, we believe everyone should have access to technology and Internet connectivity, and we're here to help Cleveland get online and comfortable using the Internet.
Our technicians are responsible for obtaining initial signoffs of customer agreements, initial testing for proper RSRP (Reference Signal Received Power) and RSSI, installation of a rooftop mounted 5GHz Fixed Wireless Base Station, grounding of system components, Ethernet connectivity via new Category 6 Cable into the home and setup of the customer router interface. Our technicians record all network speed tests, signal levels and verify that the outdoor unit is connected as per the SLA with our customer.
