Recent Fiber Optic Troubleshooting and Fusion Splicing of new SC Connectors. We received a call that a business had its internet offline due to a fiber optic issue. We dispatched to the site, tested the fiber, found some issues with the existing connection and resolved issue by fusion splicing new connectors.
