We were referred to Shoreline Plumbing Solutions and it was the best referral ever! This is a top of the line company, in communication, and in meticulous service. Andrew got back to us very quickly, got us an estimate, and on the schedule within the same day. His work ethic is incredible and he went above and beyond for us from the moment he arrived. We have a furnace/hot water heater combo in a very small bathroom closet within our townhome. This was no problem for him at all...he got in there and got right to work. Welding copper, plumbing, and even adding wooden structural support for the new pressure tank to bring it all up to code for us. By the time he was finished, you couldn’t even tell he had been here. We recently had Andrew replace our water heater and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was a challenging job due to the position and location of the water heater, but Andrew arrived on time and worked diligently all day to get it done. He brought all the necessary supplies and had the right specialized tools to handle every part of the project. What impressed us most was his attention to detail. The pan was damaged during the install and instead of covering it up, he immediately explained the issue, and arranged a follow-up time that fit our schedule to complete the job properly.
