We recently had Andrew replace our water heater and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. It was a challenging job due to the position and location of the water heater, but Andrew arrived on time and worked diligently all day to get it done. He brought all the necessary supplies and had the right specialized tools to handle every part of the project. What impressed us most was his attention to detail. The pan was damaged during the install and instead of covering it up, he immediately explained the issue, and arranged a follow-up time that fit our schedule to complete the job properly. Our toilet is a flushmate toilet system, and Andrew did a great job with replacing the flushmate system inside the tank. He has done several things in my plumbing including one that another plumber "could not fix." He is a knowledgable and hard working. He is prompt and professional and does excellent work.
