What a beautiful holiday we had Penrich. Everything from the decor, appliances, to comfort and cleanliness was exceptional. The welcome pack was another lovely touch and gratefully received too. When it comes to location, it takes a lot to match Constantine Bay, one of the most beautiful parts of Cornwall. The service from the Shorestays team ensured a smooth check in and out process and communication was easy throughout. As much as I’d like to gatekeep this house, I can’t recommend it highly enough. Probably the best holiday home we’ve ever been to and will definitely be back.

Wonderful stay at Tregirls. The house was amazing with everything you could possibly need. The beds were so comfortable and views from every room. We had quality family time together in a beautiful home. Would definitely recommend and like to return. Thank you Shore Stays.

Fantastic stay at the Arthouse. Perfect location with sea views. A lovely welcome pack on arrival. The house itself was modern but homely. With its luxurious hot tub and spa facilities to a wonderful fireplace to relax and chill by during the evening. All communication with the owners and staff were excellent. Highly recommend a stay.

This was without doubt the best rental property and company that I've had the pleasure of using. Firstly, really happy with Shore Stays. We happened to meet team members both on our arrival and departure from the property, and they were really friendly and helpful. With regards to the property, it was really well appointed, lovely furnishing, top quality bed linen and towels and it was also really nice that there were kitchen essentials available, eg kitchen roll, cleaning products, cling film, salt and pepper .. the list goes on. The temperature in the property was spot on and I really appreciated that there wasn't a heavy duvet on the bed, it was the right tog for the time of year. We also really appreciated the welcome gesture of scones, clotted cream, jam and shortbread biscuits. My suggestions to make it even better would be a hot shower out the back and also to supply an extra couple of bath mats (old ones would be fine) to leave just inside the front and back doors, so when washing feet before entering the property, they can soak up excess water. But these are so minor for what is an outstanding, comfortable property. Thank you!

Absolutely Perfect! What a wonderful time we had! The most beautiful house for the family to gather to celebrate a very special birthday. Emily was there to welcome us and show us around the magnificent house, and the team were very quick to respond to any issues that we had. The house had wonderful views of the estuary and was a peaceful haven for us all and a safe garden for our granddaughter to play in. We really did not want to leave

Incredible house, had everything and more, very cosy, clean and full of lovely furnishings, games, books and the best coffee machine We had the best week and couldn’t fault it. The sauna and hot tub were a huge hit and the gardens are stunning. My mum loved her surprise 70th and very much enjoyed the cream tea on arrival and extra little touches that were left for her. Very organised, friendly and efficient company with some very lovely properties. Very quick to respond to any queries and super helpful during our stay. We really appreciated the message on our arrival day to say that we could access the property earlier than we had expected - thank you very much for an excellent service, we will definitely look to book through your company again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Rest Harrow in Trevone, a really great property. Both Emily and Debbie were very responsive in all communication I had , always happy to help. Out of the holiday letting companies I’ve used in Cornwall over the years, Shore Stays have probably been the best. Shore Stays have been responsible for renting our house for three years. Emily, Sara and Debbie are a fantastic team to have onside, they make all aspect of managing the house hassle free. Their attention to detail is second to none, they have a proactive approach to the maintenance and deal with issues as they arise keeping the house in an excellent condition. We have rented the house to delightful people, who have returned each year due to the care they are given. Shore Stays allows me to enjoy the house when we are there without any stress. Fabulous house, amazing views, great location. It is an absolute treat to stay at The Dunes, the design and finish is exceptional. It is the perfect house for a multi-generational holiday and allowing dogs is a huge bonus. Thank you
