Great experience with Shomer Home Inspections. Aharon was thorough, patient, and explained everything clearly. He found a major water leak near the chimney that could have cost thousands in repairs, and as a buyer I was able to use the findings to negotiate the contract. Highly recommend!

I didn’t expect a home inspection to be the least stressful part of buying a house, but it was. He showed up on time, was incredibly kind, and somehow managed to make a very overwhelming process feel calm and manageable. Instead of just pointing out problems, he explained what things actually meant and what was worth worrying about versus what wasn’t. There was zero pressure, no scare tactics, just honesty and care. Hands down the best home inspection. Aharon was great to work with. He even took the time to jump start my car so we could pull it out of the garage. He was prompt, returned my calls and answered all of my questions. Truly a professional, very trust worthy. The price was great and within market ranges. I had a home inspection with Shoner home inspection today. This was the best home inspection so knowledge, even inspected things which wasn’t included in the scope. I have been so impresssed by the knowledge and the finding the things you would usually miss. He even with in the artic and the roof. Such a pleasure to work with I rate this 5 star plus. Called for a home inspection needed to change my homeowners insurance. Got an appointment very next day, he came and quickly assessed everything I needed. Gave all the reports needed, very friendly and very helpful. Would recommend!
