I can’t say enough good things about the incredible work Shipshape Landscape did on our property! I’m a 52 year old, and i work a lot of hours. As much as i loved taking care of our property, it just came to be too much for me. I would need to devote no less than 4 hours once a week to do routine work to stay on top of our landscape. During the fall, longer. Over the past couple years, we’ve tried a few different companies, and we were never satisfied. I always ended up taking over and finishing things myself. I came home from work the day of ShipShapes first job on our property. And i was completely blown away by the fantastic job they did. They took care of things i totally didn’t expect them.to take on, as there are some spots on our property that are very tricky to get to. They more than surpassed any expectation i had of what they could accomplish for us. It’s such a relief knowing we found a company that gets the job done the way it’s supposed to get done. My sister explained what we were looking for, and they met every single request. No other company we’ve dealt with were able to do the same. And their crew was super polite and professional. Old school customer service at its best. Thank you so much to ShipShape Landscape Incoporated for being the best at what they do!!!

I contracted with Shipshape Landscaping for lawn mowing. After the second cut this season, I terminated the contract due to the extremely poor service quality! Large portions of my lawn were never cut. The trimming was also extremely poor. The mower being used to service my small yard was way too large for the task and as a result left many areas untouched. Upon contacting them terminate, they never even ask for an explanation of my dissatisfaction. Avoid this company!

Shipshape does impeccable work! Fast, reliable service and staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for any type of landscaping service whether it be just a quick cut to pond design and maintenance, pavers, landscape lighting - Shipshape is the place to go!

I decided to hire ShipShape Landscape to turn on my in ground water sprinklers and repair each of the heads. They never completed the job but proceeded to send me a bill for the job weekly. I began by calling their office asking them what they did with the only response given that they don't know what was done and that they just schedule appointments. I welcomed them to do the service so I could gladly pay them their requested fee and they stated that it would cost me additional. I told them i'm not paying them twice to do the same job for me that they failed to do when they came the first time. We tried this conversation about the first 10 bills that they sent me in the mail until I gave up. Now they have the audacity to threaten to send me to collections, well I just submitted complaints to better business bureau as well as the new jersey office of consumer affairs. This is bad business and will not be tolerated.

I used these guys for sprinkler repair. Jose Reyes and Matt Kirk came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, moved a sprinkler head, made sure nothing interferes with our plants and they showed me how to use my sprinkler system 😂 I couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Thanks for the great sprinkler repair service here in West Berlin!

If negative 4 stars were available I would have chosen it. These people operate an illegal business they corner you to sign a contract invoice you for services not rendered and then take you to small claims court for non payment. Stay away from them at all costs.

We have used Ship Shape for our home and our business for more than 20 years Tom and his employees are always professional and courteous We have Shipshape cut the grass weekly during the spring summer and fall. Then in the fall they always get the yard pretty for Thanksgiving and Christmas with the leaves and trimming the hedges for winter then in spring they come out and do the spring clean up of the yard and bring mulch. What a joy not to have to break my back with all that work. Tom has a special yard treatment for our grass that keeps it nice all summer even though we don't ever water the grass. Thanks Tom and his staff for a GREAT JOB!!!!! Anytime we need Tom to do anything extra around the property like trim a tree or spread mulch they are always there to take care of us.

Shipshape recently designed and installed a hardscape patio in the front of my home. The result is amazingly good with fine attention to detail and high quality. From start to finish, as always, the company has been professional and responsive, and has provided a service of good to great value. On top of all of that, Shipshape has been my vendor of choice for irrigation maintenance for many years. I highly recommend the company and feel sure that you will too!

Shipshape is great! The whole company is fantastic to work with. They are responsive and their work speaks for itself. Any yard, landscaping, or irrigation needs can be met by them! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job! Matt

On several occasions I have seen Mr. Raymond make a single cut and get on the truck while two very young men are left doing the rest of the work. I thank those two for their very good work.
