I chose this packers and movers service after seeing so many 5-star reviews on Google, but my experience was completely disappointing. Initially, they were responsive and quick to answer calls — but only until the payment was made. Once the amount reached them, they completely stopped responding properly. Calls were ignored or delayed, and it became nearly impossible to reach them when I needed support. Even worse, several of my items were damaged during the move. My fridge, wardrobe, and birvas all had visible scratches, clearly caused by careless handling and a lack of proper protection. It was obvious they didn’t take the necessary precautions, and there was no apology or ownership of the damage. This company lacks professionalism, responsibility, and transparency. Don’t be misled by the glowing Google reviews — my experience was far from 5-star. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I took their service after seeing the reviews, they are not professional. If you are concerned about your items don't choose them. Lot of scratches to the items.

very careless people, our fridge was scratched and washing machine was damaged and beds were destroyed , now they don't lift calls and ignore messages The service is very very very bad, don't trust this service, try to avoid, they takes less money but they damage all your things

I saw worst behaviour from owner. packing also worst... I moved my house hold things from warangal to vijaywada but items damaged and I lossed my mini money container 🫙 also.. but.They charged low price...that is the best thing ...

Worst packers , no response.. whenever we call them they say " give us 10 mins we will provide" they don't provide quotation . Now after giving review in Google now they are calling me with different numbers
