I bought a new build house recently in the midlands using Sherry Fitzgerald Hyland Keating. I'm rating 4 stars because the process from start to finish was 7 months long, mostly held up by the developers side of things having zero communication with myself or the estate agent until they wanted to. However I got a good impression of these estate agents, they will discuss any and every question you might have about buying the property, issues with the buying process or the developer etc. They are professional, and knowledgeable. I was a first time buyer, now I'm a happy home owner. They walked me through every step of the way.
