As the sun is setting on 2023, I can't help but reflect on what a year it has been.
I believe a successful year isn't just about the earn, it's all about the learn. So here are a few things I learned in 2023:
1. Honest and integrity don't always make you the most money, in fact you may lose a deal, but it's the only way I want to do business.
2. Surround yourself with a circle that encourages you. Builds you up. Educates you. And has like-minded work ethic and morals. You'll go so much farther.
3. Collaboration. Period.
4. Keep going. Change is inevitable, but you can do it. There are obstacles that literally jump out of nowhere and make you question your choices. Always remember your "why " and keep going- it may not be right of way, but it's going to be worth it.
5. Find your niche. Be you, authentically. Tell your own story. Dont worry about the naysayers-The right people will want to hear it and be a part of it.
6. There's always time for another coffee!🤣
7. And finally...its not over!
You're never done growing. 2023 has been amazing, but I can't wait to learn more and grow more in 2024.💪
