Yesterday was a good day! π
Not sure if you know, but it was Female Veterans Day, so I got to attend a cool event and network with some rockstar female Vets!πͺ
But if you know me, you know that everyday is Veteran's Day. No, not because I'm a Vet, but because I love honoring, helping, and serving my fellow Vets year round- it's truly my passion.π©΅ Before going to my event, I met up with another fellow Veteran, Jacque Gorris, to work on a special project that's coming soon π. Knowing I was meeting him, I had my sign guy make a special Marine one for Jacque. It was just a thank you. No special occasion, it was just to let him know I appreciate him and the work he does.πΊπ²
I say often that it matters who you work with. But it is also is important to let those people know you appreciate them! So this is your reminder that you don't have to wait for the calendar to tell you when to say thank you to a Vet, your administrative assistant, your partner, etc. Seize the moment today and let someone know you're thankful for them!β¨
