I get asked a lot why I became an Associate Broker. For me, that's an easy answer.
I LOVE mentoring and educating.🤩
As a broker you have to have so many deals to even be able to take the test. So if you see the word " broker" it typically means we have experience, and a lot of it!
There is a lot more education and a really long test in order to get your broker license, but for me, it was so worth it.
I get to to educate and mentor new and rising agents. I get to assure my clients that they are working with someone that went above and beyond in education to go above and beyond for them.🌟
Sure I could have stopped and not continued my education to become a broker- but if you know me, you know that was never an option. I'm an over achiever, and proud of it!💪🏡
