Just wrapped up another successful closing in Trenton! ๐ This one had some unique challenges. The previous owners had lived in the home for many years before passing it down to their son, who resides in Florida with his wife. They came to Michigan to sort through belongings, and due to the amount of items, we teamed up with Total Transition Team for an estate sale and they handled donations for what was left. They even helped tidy up the home for the new owners!
We coordinated with contractors and inspectors to ensure everything was done right and on time. Real estate transactions arenโt always straightforward! Sometimes, we need to roll up our sleeves and provide extra support, especially when helping elderly clients downsize or manage an estate.
