I reached out regarding an online reservation on a holiday weekend, wanting to confirm if they actually had availability or not.
I was immediately greeting with a young lady who was extremely unpleasant and seemed to lack customer service phone skills. She picked up the call and did not provide her name or any detail other than “Hello, Creature Comfort.” I processed to introduce myself and explain why I was calling. When I asked if they actually had space for my reservation that was booked online, she gave me a stern one worded “No.”
She maybe said 3 words total on that call, I was extremely taken back by the lack of professionalism during that brief interaction.
Not a very great first impression from a business stand point by any means. I would not feel comfortable leaving my pets at a facility where they are not able to answer a customer call with respect.
