Shell's Towing & Recovery

I wrecked down an embankment, snow, slush and ice. Found them on Facebook in town to help with the storm. They were there within 20 minutes of my accident, probably 10 min after i sent the address. Cool guys, super helpful and set me at ease! Just wish they were local!

Mitchell saved us yesterday! We have been stuck in Pigeon Forge/Sevierville since Saturday. Our truck was burring in a ditch after being hit by another wrecker company on Saturday. We called Shells Towing and he was here within a few hours, helped clear the road to the cabin, put salt down, get our truck out, and tow it to the hotel we were staying at. This man is a miracle worker!!!

Great people great service! We were headed on vacation on thanksgiving day to Gatlinburg when our vehicle stranded us on the side of the road. Thankfully we crossed paths with Mitch and his towing service. Again it was thanksgiving day and Mitch did not have to work but still went above and beyond to get us the help we needed. He looked at our vehicle and ordered the parts right away he called the airport and got us a rental car so we could make it to our vacation and guaranteed our vehicle would be fixed by the next day. He drove us all the way to the airport to get the vehicle all on a day he could have turned us away reasonably because his family was waiting for him to have thanksgiving dinner but decided to help us regardless! This is the kind of people we need not only business wise but someone who truly cares to help people regardless of the time and day. Gideon was quick to arrive and had us loaded up and on the road in minutes! He offered us a range of local shops and was knowledgeable about their services and relative cost and craftsmanship. The truck was spacious and easily sat our family. Over all, Gideon and Shell's Towing were a warm and welcome site to an otherwise dreary evening!
