The positive experience with Shaw Plumbing began with the receptionist and continued with the plumbing expert. The day of service Sam communicated as to when he would arrive and was on time. When he arrived he explained exactly what he was going to do located the issue and fixed it. As he was leaving I remembered another problem I was having and he graciously offered to fix that too. I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Sam at Shaw.

We received a quote from Shaw plumbing for a tankless water heater to be installed when we returned in 2 months. We accepted the quote and agreed to schedule the appointment when we returned. When we called to schedule they raised their price $700 and refused to honor our agreement. When told that was not fair they said they didn’t want to do business with us. Absolutely unprofessional. The faucet install was great previously but this behavior is outrageous. Totally would not recommend a company that quotes one price and then changes it later. Beware.

Took time off to request a quote for plumbing my home. Someone showed up and took measurements, said the owner would look at it to write up a quote. Ten days later and two phone calls to them and no response. Guess I can’t rely on them. Going somewhere else.

Customer service to set up an appointment was friendly, easy, and accommodating. I ran into some traffic getting home to meet the plumber, and the office staff were very understanding and let the plumber know that I would be a few minutes late. Met Kayden (hope I'm spelling that right) at my mobile home and he quickly and efficiently fixed a broken pipe for me. Shaw has a 1 hr minimum charge and Kayden happily used the remainder of the time making sure everything else, plumbing-wise, was in good working order in my unit. I highly recommend Shaw Plumbing and will not hesitate to use their services again if the need arises.

Great service, called before arriving and kept us updated about progress of service being done. Answered all questions after service was completed in addition.

Shaw does great work and are easy to work with, solving problems quickly and efficiently.

These guys actually lied for money from a nasty buyer of our house that is suing us with lies from folks like this. No honor!
