In this case, Dr. Janvier was able to provide the whole service in-office: the diagnostics with 3D Treatment Planning and Digital Smile Design, surgery (extractions, bone reduction, grafting, implant placement) and the immediate fixed prosthetics for this upper and lower implant hybrid denture case!
The after photo is the patient two days after the completion of the lower jaw surgery (upper jaw done 4 weeks prior). His new smile is in the PROTOTYPE Phase of care. Final All-Natural Zirconia restorations will be fabricated after approximately six months of healing!
