Dr. Janvier is thrilled to provide the planning, surgical, prosthetic and maintenance care for patients asking for full mouth dental implant options!
For this case, Dr. Janvier pre-planned the case via 3D imaging and radiology. Surgical guides were 3D printed to assist in the surgery for bone reduction and implant placement. In one visit that lasted about 5 hours, the patient received deep sleep sedation, extractions, six dental implants, bone grafting and immediate delivery of his full arch prototype restoration.
Four weeks from now we will complete the lower jaw. Lastly, after about 3 months of healing we will begin fabrication of his final prosthetics.
