This case was staged with Immediate Complete Dentures and bone grafting. After a 4 month healing process Dr. Janvier performed a digitally guided implant surgery with immediately loaded provisional hybrid dentures. We then allowed another 4 months for soft tissue healing before the fabrication of the final zirconia prosthetics.
