Dr. Janvier is excited to offer this minimally invasive sinus grafting technique utilizing a “crestal approach”. This includes Pneumatic Sinus Membrane Elevation and Osseodensification to improve bone quality and implant stability. Bone graft was hydrated with Buffy Coat PRP, and Soft Tissue Management via lPRF Membranes, both derived from the patient's own blood at the time of surgery.
