Thank you to this Lovely Patient who enjoyed - or do I say endured a treatment plan of 12 Month Duration.
She contacted Dr. Janvier wanting to improve her smile and her chewing.
After completing her new patient evaluation, her journey began with proper treatment planning via 3D Imaging for surgical and prosthetic treatment planning.
With the end result in mind, and a mutually agreed upon treatment plan, her care would begin ASAP.
This plan would eventually involve extractions, bone grafting, dental implants, multiple temporary fixed bridges and digital denture prototyping.
This case was finished with custom ceramics and a cosmetic denture.

Treatment Specifics:
Upper Jaw: Cosmetic Complete Upper Denture with digital prototyping.
Lower Jaw: Extraction of lower incisors with bone grafting. This was followed with digital smile design and full arch fixed bridge provisionalization.
From this provisional, Dr. Janvier then fine tuned her esthetics and chewing via prototyping.
While finishing the lower bridge, Dr Janvier placed 2 dental implants in the lower right of her jaw.
The Lower Jaw ultimately received final prosthetics that included a 3-unti custom zirconia bridge supported by two custom titanium abutments as well as a 10 unit fixed bridge made of custom zirconia.
