Thank you to my lovely patient for trusting me to restore her smile! In this case we had a missing central incisor and an adjacent failing central incisor. Natural teeth had a forward flare. We digitally created a new smile that was ready on the day of tooth preparation, extraction and bone grafting. She wore her "Trial Smile" for four months to allow bone and soft tissue healing and then were ready to digitize the case and go to final.
