Dr. Janvier was so excited to help this patient smile again! She did not have enough bone to receive dental implants in her upper jaw. As an alternative, we created a custom cosmetic digital denture.
Her smile was designed and then the lower arch was digitally treatment planned for extractions, bone reduction, implant placement and immediate temporization with a fixed hybrid denture.
Once both arches were healed, we finished the case with a final upper denture and lower zirconia hybrid denture.
