Dental Implants can be used to hold loose dentures "in place" so that they do not move when talking, smiling or eating. This sort of appliance is called an Removable Implant Overdenture. Others may call them "Snap-in Teeth". Removable Implant Overdentures have to be removed at night and it is recommended that you do not sleep with them.
If you would prefer a custom prosthetic, digitally designed by Dr. Janvier and his team, you can have a "Fixed Prosthetic" - meaning only your dentist can remove your teeth for cleaning. This option feels the most natural and is the longest lasting due to advances in dental zirconium.
