Celebrated my husband’s birthday on a weekday night. The food was amazing, high quality meats that were perfectly grilled, the claypot truffle rice was super yummy too! Fantastic service by Dino and a lady(forgot to ask for her name)that served us. Even surprised us with a complimentary dessert for the birthday boy. The only con was the high prices but totally worth it for the good quality!

Yummilicious Wagyu, variety of tongues but a pity my friends don’t eat them. Will come back again for the tongues 🤭 Excellent service, staff will provide a menu walk thru & give recommendations & grill the meats (& vegetables) for you.

Titled as the 66th Best Steakhouse in the World, Shatoburian truly lives up to its name! We indulged in five different cuts of beef, the truffle mushroom claypot rice, and the signature Shatoburian salad. The staff were attentive and helped with the grilling—every cut was cooked to perfection. Our favourite? The melt-in-your-mouth chateaubriand, especially when dipped in the rich, silky egg yolk—absolutely divine. For dessert, we shared the Brûlée Cheesecake and Truffle Ice Cream Monaka—both were the perfect sweet ending to an indulgent, meaty affair. A special shoutout to Dino and the team for their warm hospitality and impeccable service throughout the evening. While prices are definitely on the higher end (our total bill hit four digits), the overall experience was well worth it. A true treat for steak lovers.

The ingredients and flavors were both excellent. Although the price point is higher, the quality justifies the cost. The thick cut beef tongue was truly exceptional. Appetizers, mains, and desserts were all delicious and well prepared. However, the pre-dining experience was disappointing. No one greeted us upon arrival. When someone finally emerged from the back, they asked us to wait as they were busy. After receiving the menu, we had to follow up multiple times before anyone took our order. While the service speed improved after ordering, the initial reception left a poor impression.

Truly a place for top class beef, service is better than a 2 star Michelin resturant. Portion for set lunch is amazing, price tag is not too bad for quality, portion, service and atmosphere. Lunch was not crowded. Beef menu options and varieties is really good spread that you will come back again to try others. Service crew is highly to be commended they are so attentive and gives us a VIP attention. Highly recommended

The best yakiniku in Singapore, and we will always come back for the special occasions. This time, we ordered the beef tongue, misuji, rosu, and the shato-suki (must order each time!). And as always the beef quality here never disappoints. The mushroom steak is also amazing and a must order. Service is also great, better than some Michelin restaurants I must say, and they remembers their customers and gives good recommendations based on our preferences. Will definitely be back again.

Shatoburian delivers a top-tier wagyu experience in Singapore. We visited earlier today for lunch and had the Classic Truffle Don - it was rich, buttery, and perfectly balanced with fragrant truffle. The Wagyu Nigiri melts in your mouth with an incredible umami depth, and the Black Sesame Ice Cream was a delight to end the meal. Impeccable service and an intimate ambiance made the experience even better. A must-visit for wagyu lovers!

Super delicious rice bowl with a multitude of flavours all amalgamated to 1 awesome experience in your mouth. For $118, it's definitely quite an experience. Tried another 2 different cuts of beef (kamenoko & shato-suki) and was delighted with both of them. Just a simple and quick run (4s each side) on the grill will do. Service was prompt and friendly, coupled with a nice ambience, certainly worth a visit.

After my imouto chan suggested going to a Yakiniku restaurant for our next outing, I have been on a lookout for some unique yakiniku restuarants, just to make it special, you know. Shatoburian got my attention because the unique variety of food items, such as Aburi Truffle Cambert Cheese, Charred Onion, Hokkaido White Corn and grilled Squid. In addition, the place and the food here look luxurious. Posh, black leather plush sofa paired with classy wooden tables, dim lights, upmarket drinks counter with wine glasses hanging over it, I know it's time to just enjoy the ambience and food. The service crew is attentive and friendly, giving some good advice on managing my order as a solo diner, By the way, if ordering yakiniku one can cook it over the the grill on the table in DIY style. Actually, I'm so tempted to order some due to the sheer variety from different cuts of meat in different thickness to even vegetables. But I'm more into savouring grilled meat over cooking it, so I opt for the Donburi instead. There are many types of Donburi to choose from, I like it! And I pamper myself with Kurobuta Pork Premium Donburi that is filled with luxe ingredients such as, uni, pan seared foie gras, kurobuta slices, truffle slices, caviar and onsen egg. The sweet creaminess of uni goes so well with rich umami of Foie gras. The clear essence of ocean packed within the caviar and nuanced earthy aroma of truffle make it even richer and better. The thin pork slices are so tender, laced with a hint of char and have the nutty goodness in its fats. The pickled mushrooms is juicy and tender, I love it too. Considering that Shatoburian is one of the few yakiniku restaurants that open in the afternoon and I'm impressed with the food, service and ambience here, I guess this is one of my choices for the outing with my imouto chan. Thoughts: Impressive!
