Couldn't be happier to have found Ben and his store. I'm stuck in a hotel room in Dublin and my computer stopped charging. I'm facing despair and distress, having ton of work to finish before my flight.
Long story short, went to the store, somewhat apprehensive I would be taken advantage of.
Couldn't be more wrong. Ben was kind, attentive, diagnosed the problem and offered me a new cord for $40. Mind you, the last I bought on Amazon (the one that's failed) was $80 plus tax.
