Joined a week before took personal trainer for me and got couple package, vicky bro and kiruba bro were good at teaching us with care and patience as we were no exposure to excercises. Both teach us with patience and motivated a lot to do the excercises regularly, we got our daily diet plan and clean excercise schedules day by day which help us track our activities, receptionist lavanya also very friendly on directing us. So far so good.. highly recommended for couples and individuals...
