Don’t know weather it is temple or Gym. They putting some smoke sambirani in the evening Floor full covered with that smoke . I asked this issue to the management Mr. Prashanth said “u don’t have rights to ask us if you want to leave the gym u can leave we are not going to stop this smoke for you “ we are paying you we have rights to ask issues with you And this is not a right way to deal a regular client like me u r very much rude to me am a active client here for more than 2 years Gym is for doing workout not for doing pooja This is common place for the client which paying you Monthly or yearly.You people should be responsible to their health Even Common people will know that smoke will trigger breathing difficulty already gym workouts will give high cardiovascular intensity idhula smoke um sendhu Will give breathing difficulty and ruins someone’s health Learn about gym ethics first If the management interested in pooja do it in your home Don’t play with others health they paying you for working out here You are living with their Money 💰 And finally am recommending this gym only for PT client not for a general client if we put pt they will treat you nicely for the general client no one cares about our workouts and progress fyi for pt client also I didn’t see any transformations here I put one month pt here with coach manimaran nothing happened no follow ups no results he didn’t care about the results too only money money money One more thing don’t gossip behind the clients talk with their face itself Always gossiping and laughing behind clients back No maturity . I have been to this gym for past 2 yrs and really nice place to workout.. we have many equipments and the is very spacious too. The trainers are very kind and knowledgeable, they help us during the workouts. I Would recommend this place for all and especially beginners.

One of the best gym in Tambaram. Siva is my trainer, he clearly explain excercise and purpose of each movement. This gym spacious, clean and hygienic ambience is a plus. Highly recommend those who are looking for there fitness journey
