I’ve been training at this gym for a while now, and it has been a great experience. It is one of the best gyms for both muscle gain and weight loss, especially around the Tambaram – Mudichur Circle area. The gym has very good and well-maintained equipment compared to many other gyms nearby, which makes workouts more effective and comfortable. A special mention to my trainer Siva, who is an excellent trainer. He guides me very well in my muscle-building workouts and also provides proper advice on diet. His follow-up and dedication towards clients are really impressive, and he always makes sure we stay consistent and motivated. Also, Vicky, the co-trainer, has been very supportive and helpful during workouts. He assists with exercises and ensures that we maintain the correct form and technique. Overall, it’s a great place for anyone who wants to seriously focus on fitness, whether the goal is muscle gain or weight loss. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone around Old Perungalathur - Mudichur area
