Such a wonderful experience meeting with Shana! I’m new to the insurance world (recently turned 22) so there’s a lot I don’t fully understand but her patience and experience helped teach me a lot! She insured my car with a smile and great attitude (and I’m not just saying that because we both have the same last name haha). Thank you State Farm team! Keep up the good work :)

We’ve been with Shana Nelson for years and have always been so impressed with her thorough service, attention to detail, and the genuine care she provides her clients. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with her new assistant, Gina, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She took the time to go through all of our policies carefully, making sure we understood everything and even helped us identify savings. She provided so much valuable information and was incredibly thoughtful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Gina is truly a wonderful asset to Shana and her team, and we’re so appreciative of the excellent service they continue to provide!

I normally don’t ever leave reviews - however Nichole is a pretty phenomenal human being. Dealing with insurance for me has never really been exactly in my ballpark of “fun”. But she makes the whole process so much more enjoyable and painless for me. Authentic, helpful, kind, caring. If I could give her 6/5 stars I absolutely would! She’s incredible at simplifying policies. She’s very open, honest, and compassionate when finding what works best for my own personal needs. She even appealed a denial on my behalf and I didn’t even have to ask! It feels nice to have someone fight on my behalf for once. A+
