Shamrock Septic Service

I gave Monty and his wife Nancy a phone call today to ask about some of the septic repair estimates that I was receiving in my area and whether they were warranted/justified or not. I don't even live in their area of business, and I was just amazed that Nancy suggested that Monty would take a look at my repair permit and could get on the phone and estimate that out for me even though there was no chance that they were actually going to get the contract to do the job! Monty did just that and more purely out of just a desire to help someone out whom they had never even met before and had no possibility of getting any kind of business from. To me, that shows going above and beyond for customer service and true character, that I haven't experienced in I can't say how long! Way to go! If you live in the area areas that they do business in and you need any of their services I would say go with them in a heartbeat! Good folks!

I had given up on anyone providing outstanding customer service anymore and then the Shamrock guys come along! I had them pump out my septic tank today (should have been done several years ago) and I can't say enough good things about them. They were fast, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and did everything they said they would including calling ahead to let me know they were on the way--even though they were arriving right on the time they had given me. So, even though this was my first interaction with them, I'm going to add honest to the list of attributes. I would HIGHLY recommend Shamrock Septic Service for anybody needing service on their septic system.

Any reviewer to give less than 5⭐️s to Shamrock Septic Service is just full of $h!t! I couldn’t resist! First time septic owners and they came to the house while we were on vacation, assessed the health, pumped and marked the location so we’d know in the future in case we wanted to add-on anything to the house. I had a bunch of questions being a first-time septic owner and (maybe a bit overdue) and they answered them all well and didn’t give me a hard time. Thanks, Nancy and your boys for taking care of our septic! We’ll see you in another few years!

Recently had the Shamrock team to pump out my septic tank and to make sure everything was working as desired. They were outstanding. Quick scheduling, timely phone calls on when arriving, thorough explanation of what they were doing, attention to detail, cleanliness of work - ALL of these items were done well. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service performed. Top Notch!!

Great guys to work with. Hired them for what the inspector thought might be a simple broken pipe from a large crane but it turned out we needed to replace everything. They worked me into a very busy schedule and got things finished quickly, all for a very reasonable price. Everyone was very professional and pleasant throughout the entire process. I just can't say enough good things about them.

Shamrock Septic Service replaced the drain (leach) field of our septic system. It started with contacting Nancy who was very kind, and also speaking with Monty on a couple different occasions just offering me advice on our system. We couldn’t be happier with the friendly professionalism, and the work that Monty and crew did to restore our failing system. I highly recommend them!
