With this being the first home being able to own. Anyssa was beyond phenomenal and very patient with me. She answered any and all question. She also went beyond measures to get answers to my question that we both didn’t know. I highly recommend Anyssa. She sweet, honest and trustworthy!!! Anyssa was so knowledgeable and helpful from start to finish. No matter what she made herself available to our schedule and was so accommodating. Any time I reached out she was there quickly with the answer. Her years of experience and knowledge of the home buying process show through her work. I personally could not recommend her more!

Anyssa did an incredible job of providing near immediate responses to questions and concerns. Even those requiring third party involvement were answered quickly and thoroughly. She never downplayed issues that I had concerns with but she did give frank and honest answers when there was something unknown. From the house showing to drawing up and altering contracts and all that lies between, she made it easy to feel informed and supported in our decisions. And after all of it fell through... she was still just as professional and courteous!! I would absolutely work with her again.

Perfect job. She walked us through this process easily. She answered my questions when she knew the answer. If not, she found out and got back to me promptly. Time is of the essence in most cases and she was very easy to deal with. I would use her again!

Have looked at several homes/rentals with Anyssa Harris. Currently in the market for a 4-5 bedroom home, most if not all of her suggestions have been 3 bedroom home. When asked pertinent questions about well/septic systems she has no answers and unwilling to find such specifications out. Further, she never says “hello” or any salutation of that matter to myself only addresses my fiancé during conversations or showings. Extremely unprofessional etiquette.

Very poor communication and lack of professionalism. I was interested in purchasing a property in cash that I found listed on their website as well as several other sites. When I inquired about a viewing, I got a response from them saying they would check to see if it was available. That night, pending signs went up on all the listings, but no response from them. After emailing two more times, I finally got a response 2 1/2 days later with nothing else but the words "No longer available". No one bothered to try and inquire about what other properties I might be interested in, what I might be looking for, or what my price range was. I couldn't even get a complete sentence of a response. You would think that generally, when a potential buyer shows up looking to make cash offers on houses that the real estate agency would be at least slightly motivated to engage them, but apparently not. I would not recommend.

Imagine having the power to review each and every tenant. There are far worse tenants out there than those who try to discredit a business with disgruntled reviews or those who falsely review a business that haven’t even dealt with it.; Or reviews done with malicious intent because someone is insecure in their own relationships and personal lives. Feedback, whether critical or congratulatory, is always accepted so as long as the reviewer is fair and honest and not just out for some sort of revengeful satisfaction.

Brad Taylor and Anyssa Taylor were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond in helping my sister and I selling our family home. I would highly recommend Shamrock Realty to buyers or sellers.

They start off friendly but when you move they'll find anything to screw out most of your deposit even if you clean the place spotless and they hardly fix anything in apartments.
