Had a pleasant experience with Shalom Medcare today, 1st day of Lunar New Year. Booked a return trip service and the drivers were pleasant & professional. They were on time & secured the wheelchair firmly ensuring the patient safety. Moreover, their fleet of vehicles are new & well equipped. We were impressed with the level of service rendered by the team and Mr Armand as well. Friendly and helpful staff. The booking process was easy and they are very responsive. They are very assuring and priced reasonably. The drivers were punctual and responsible. My elderly mother and helper who took the transport to hospital for appointment like the service and trip very much. Been using them for 5 return trips so far. Excellent service as always. The admin gets back promptly and drivers are always on time for pickup as well as polite and helpful. They know their routes well and drive carefully. For medical appointments, the return pick up timing cannot be confirmed during booking but I know they always do their best to arrange the soonest possible pick up. Service i can trust and depend on. The wheelchair transport by the Shalom team was very good. The drivers for the to and fro trips for the medical appointment at TTSH was punctual, polite and very professional. I’ve used Shalom Medcare for several occasions including dialysis trips, hospital appointments, and even my friend wedding and their service has always been excellent. The drivers are attentive and patient, especially when transporting my friend's mother. During her wedding, we booked a medical escort to accompany her mother, and they made sure she was comfortable throughout the journey and safely returned to the nursing home after the event. For her regular hospital visits and dialysis sessions, the team is always punctual, caring, and respectful. I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness.
