Shalbourne Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Jay carried out proper and thorough professional cleaning of two sofas, an armchair, a small carpet and three oriental rugs for me. She took her time in proper preparation and cleaning and had professional equipment to help dry the carpet and upholstery after cleaning them. Obviously not the cheapest but I wanted a proper job done and that’s exactly what I got (and Jay visited first to check what I wanted and provide a written itemised qualification). I would use Jay again and would recommend.

Jay was great! I shouldn't really need to say any more than she managed to rejuvenate our approximately 10 years old sofas, armchair and very special rug. But the remarkable thing, other than doing a good job, was she returned my call as promised and arranged to visit to see everything before quoting. She checked materials to ensure compatibility. She then quoted for the work and, once accepted, gave a date to carry it out and stuck to it. That kind of service really shouldn't be remarkable - but it is! So thank you Jay.

Shalbourne Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning tackled our office carpets and did a fantastic job. We have several dogs who accompany their owners to work and as you can imagine the carpets can get stained due to unfortunate doggy "accidents". Mark was highly efficient, spent a long time assessing the carpets and noting all the stains to be tackled. He was very friendly and keen to do a good job. After the carpet clean, our carpets were spotless, and the office smelt clean and fresh. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, thorough, friendly service. The pre visit took testing of rug and carpets so the right solutions were used on day of cleaning. Jay arrived with a couple of thin rake like brushes and solutions. It was fascinating to watch all the equipment used. My rug came up beautifully after it had been taken away a few days beforehand . My carpets look so clean. I'm dead impressed . Thank you. .
