⭐️Ten stars would be more appropriate. I was on the East Coast needing to sell a house in Oregon. I saw all the rave reviews about Shai. They were right. Hiring him was the best decision I could have made. He communicated often and consistently, making every step of the process easy. He basically acted as a general contractor to ready the house for awesome pictures and sale. He gave honest and well thought out guidance regarding pricing and what we should do to maximize the sale. AND he sold the house at the first showing! When the buyer experienced a hiccup in financing he worked with the buyer’s agent and kept the sale going. I trusted his judgment to my benefit. At every turn he was positive, polite and professional. He EARNED every penny of his commission and has my highest recommendation. I will miss working with him. Thank you Shai!

Being a military moving family we have worked with several different relators, Shai and Ryan are the best Relator’s you can find. They are trustworthy, honest, hard working and very personable. We came in with difficult requirements and they were able to deliver on our needs (after showing us 10+ houses in one weekend).The communication between them here in Oregon and us in Texas was second to none and kept the house buying process low stress.
