Because of their excellent service and reasonable prices, I've used Shaffer Plumbing multiple times. Recently my water heater stopped working so I called Shaffer. They arrived the same day, installed a new water heater, and tidied up. I couldn't be happier.

We had a last-minute project, to move 2 vents in our roof for solar panel installation. Simple repair (Pin hole leak) for very reasonable price. Here's why I will use them from now on. 1) they were responsive 2) they were on time 3) they were professional 4) they were courteous and friendly. These qualities are increasingly difficult to find.

I recommend Shaffer Plumbing very highly. Tyree rescued us from a broken shower valve that was pouring out water that we couldn’t turn off. He arrived quickly and solved the problem by replacing the valve. He did a great job!!!! Shaffer is our plumbing company from now on. I needed hot water heater “flushed” and replace Anode rod as preventative service. I called Tyree around 11 am and agreed on work and by 3pm everything done. Professional service. Easy going and pleasant to work with.
