Very nice and helpful young couple patiently made suggestions and helped us with selection of shades for 2 lamps. Very pleased with choices! Prices seemed pretty reasonable.

This is a wonderful, family owned and operated business with the best selection of lamps and shades anywhere! They have repaired a beautiful old cloissone lamp that was an estate sale find, and gave her new life. They helped me choose new shades to update damaged ones on a favorite lamp pair, and I found the perfect restored vintage floor lamp in their vast selection! This shop is a perfect example of small town values and expertise, and big town selection! Thank you, Shades and Lamps of Fletcher!

The light in my lamp was flickering so I brought it in. Keith knew right away that it was probably the on/off cord gizmo needing replaced. Fixed fast, done right and at an super fair price -- hooray!!! Even better, I was just really impressed with the customer service interactions I had with Keith. Even though my job was only a small one, the honesty, integrity, and genuine attention to customer care I received was stellar. This place is "the real deal" as far as old-time values go of doing business in a quality way. (There is good reason for the many excellent reviews for this place on here!)

This store is a gem!!! They expertly repaired my varilux floor lamp, and then I brought 2 table lamps down to get new shades. I am so impressed with the selection, the terrific guidance in terms of size and color. Highly recommended ! I didn’t realize what a difference new shades would make….

We took two lamps to Keith at Shades and Lamps of Fletcher. The first one was a table lamp that needed a new shade and because of the large number and variety of shades, I was a little overwhelmed with all the choices. Keith was wonderfully helpful and picked out the perfect shade—color, style, and size for our beautifully hand crafted pottery lamp. The second lamp was a 75+ year old Stiffel floor lamp that needed repaired. We were headed out of town and weren’t going to be back until August. Keith had the lamp repaired and in good working order by the end of the week. If you are looking for a new or vintage lamp, lamp shades, finials, or repair of new or old lamps, you can’t beat Shades and Lamps of Fletcher for the wide variety of inventory and the expert and timely repair of your beloved lamps…all at reasonable prices! I highly recommend this place!

This place really is the best. I found them several months ago and they have done numerous repairs on my lamps and a chandelier. They are friendly, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. And they have a lot of very nice lamps and a fantastic selection of shades.

I'm very thankful for the professional and courteous service from the good folks of this family run business. My piano lamp had abruptly quit working. I like this lamp very much and wasn't really wanting to start over with a different one. They were able in just a few days' time to diagnose and fix it at a very reasonable price! I hope their business will be around for many years to come. I will definitely use their services again in the future. Very nice showroom as well!!

This place is incredible!! Stumbled on it after eating nearby at Blue Sky Cafe. We recently moved into a new house and have been striking out buying stuff online or in big box stores that ends up being super low quality or not at all like the pictures. We found an incredible unique ceiling light for the dining room and will definitely be back for more floor and table lamps once we figure the space out better. They have a lot of vintage lighting that has been rewired so you can trust it will work well. A true local gem that I'm so glad we found!

It was so nice to find somewhere that could fix the cord of a lamp I love. They were quick, well priced and communicated when my lamp was ready. Definitely would use again. So dont throw that lamp out bc the cord broke or your cat chewed it! They replaced the toggle switch on mine.
