Sguild Swim Instruction

Jack A, worked with our 18 month old granddaughter. He was amazing with her, even when she was not happy with the day. He kept working with her. Even singing to her to engage her. Over the course of about 10 lessons we saw good progress, she will try to float in the tub and will say kick kick. We look forward to working with him next summer.

Coach Jack is an incredible swim instructor. This is our third summer using him and he is seriously a gifted teacher. He uses the right phrases like- we can do hard things, we need to learn to swim for safety, and it's okay to be nervous. He is super encouraging and focused on the student every lesson. Seriously 10/10 for Jack and his employees!!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with Jack over the past 3 summers! He is patient, encouraging and fun. It’s clear Jack truly cares about each child’s progress and makes learning to swim a joyful experience. Highly recommend for any parents looking for a fantastic swim instructor!

Jack is a fantastic instructor, he has taught my 2 grandchildren children 3 summers in a row, and these were kids that were afraid of water and now love the pool and swim great. He did such a good job that he now also teaching my sister’s granddaughter! He is patient, kind, and can communicate so well with the kids! I totally recommend him!

My girls wanted to get up to speed for swim team tryouts and Jack worked with them to be confident and ready. He was kind but firm and had high expectations for these two. They were already comfortable in the water and could swim but needed help on actual strokes and he met them at their level and pushed them forward. Overall, these lessons were a great value!

My nieces are SGuild graduates. Thanks to the great training they received, they love to swim and both are now swimming competitively.

This is our third year in a row with Sguild Swim and we couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Our son has gone from being a hesitant paddler, to a full fledged swimmer. I also appreciate that the coaches teach form and technique, which makes the class even more challenging. Here’s to another great summer of classes!

Been taking swimming lessons from Jack for a while and he is a super experienced and talented instructor. Money well spent!

Jack is the best! My 4.5 yr old started out scream-crying for the first couple of classes but Jack is so calm and kind and comfortable with kiddos that in took no time at all before she was completely unbothered by going under water. She was very trusting and knew she was in good hands. He knows what he's doing and he's the right mix of task-focused and fun. He's super punctual and communicative and was accommodating of the changing schedules of our small group. We will be back next summer for some of the more advanced instruction he gave older kiddos in our group whose classes were after ours.
